Terms of Service
Inner Circle Huniverse provides video production services based on custom quotes. Every order is established by mutual agreement, following discussion via the Contact page or email.
Nature of the service
Custom video production work (e.g. corporate videos, ads, interviews, product videos) made to order, according to the categories listed on the Video Production page.
Requesting a quote and ordering
Quote requests are made via the form on the Contact page or by email. The final price and details of the work are set based on discussion between the parties. By ordering the service, the Client accepts the terms set out in these Terms of Service.

Price and payment terms
The service fee is set out in the custom quote. Payment terms (deadline, method, any deposit) are as specified in the quote. The Provider may request a deposit before starting work. Invoicing takes place after completion or at the time agreed by the parties.
Performance deadline
The service completion deadline is specified in the custom quote. The Provider makes every effort to meet the deadline. In case of delay, the parties' obligations are governed by the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code.
Cancellation and withdrawal
The Client may cancel the contract without reason before work begins. After work has begun, the Client may only cancel by agreement with the Provider; in that case, the Provider is entitled to claim payment for work already performed and material costs incurred.
Copyright and usage license
The copyright in the videos created under the video production service belongs to the Provider (Inner Circle Huniverse), under Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright.
Grant of usage rights: Upon full payment of the fee, the Provider grants the Client a non-exclusive usage right to the finished video. The non-exclusive right includes the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly perform and communicate the video to the public, with unlimited territorial and temporal scope (worldwide, for an indefinite period).
Source materials and raw footage: The raw materials, project files and other source materials used to create the video are part of the base service fee and are delivered to the Client upon full payment.
Portfolio use: The Provider is entitled to use the finished video in its own portfolio, website and marketing materials as a reference, unless the Client expressly prohibits this.
Materials provided by the Client: The Client is solely responsible for the lawfulness of materials (music, images, videos, texts, logos) provided to the Provider. The Client warrants that they hold the necessary copyright licenses and that use of the materials does not infringe third-party rights. The Provider is not liable for copyright infringements arising from materials provided by the Client.
Personal rights: The Client warrants that the consent of the persons appearing in the video has been obtained for the recording and its use.
Liability and warranty
The Provider is liable for the quality of the service under the warranty provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code. The Provider is not liable for the quality of materials provided by the Client, nor for defects resulting from the Client's instructions. The Provider's liability is limited to the amount of the contractual fee, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Modification of the Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service unilaterally. Modifications take effect upon publication on the website. The Client may check the website for the date of the latest modification.
Data protection
The Client's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy before using the service.
